Everything's More Fun In Pigtails!
2005-05-12 || Tipsy Girl Returns!

Why didn't I listen to myself when I said not to let me go out and have margaritas with Jerry again? Didn't I say that? Surely I did. Yes, I did. Bah!

Tonight signaled the unwelcome return of Tipsy Girl, whom Jerry loves dearly. I'm still not completely sober yet, but I am already mortified. That'll teach me to suck down my drinks so quickly (with no food in me)! Oh, Tipsy Girl. Why? WHY???

I believe that I:

- Laid down in the booth at Applebee's, saying something quite LOUDLY about "No more apple maragaritas," prompting a man and his son to look over and laugh at me

- Tipsy-dialed someone

- Threw lettuce at Jerry in anger when he invoked the name of an ex I'm not quite proud of

- Talked at length about the wonders of K-Y warming jelly

- Walked up to my house, pressing the 'Unlock' button for my car repeatedly, wondering why my damn house wouldn't open. Oy.

In conclusion? NO MORE APPLE MARGARITAS.

In other news, things at work have been straightened out. I won't be stressed and frustrated, but I will be transferring offices on Monday. Bye, cute finance boys! But if it's to keep my health and sanity, I must do it. Long story, but I'm happy.

Yesterday I drove through a cloud while driving to work. It was one of the coolest things I've ever seen. I was driving over a bridge (thankfully not a horny one anymore, but thanks for asking, Jeff) and there was a low cloud covering the top of it. It was unbelievably surreal and it just felt good, like an omen of things to come. Things, they are a'looking up.

If none of this made sense, BLAME THE MARGARITAS.
